We realize there are other galleries offering some of the same artwork we do. If, by any remote chance you find a lower price from a legitimate gallery and/or artist studio we are representing, we will gladly refund the difference within 30 days of purchase. Continental U. S. orders, allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your merchandise on all in stock items. International orders allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Insurance is included in all shipping quotes, all items are sent "signature required". Duties and taxes by foreign governments for shipments outside the United States, if any, are the responsibility of the client. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to deliver. Remington/'s Fine Art Gallery will email you with your tracking number once artwork is shipped to verify transaction. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Remington/'s Fine Art Gallery wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase or you may return it within 7 days (plus 5 business days for S/H) from the day received. A full refund of your purchase price, less shipping & handling (both ways), will be issued. You will be reimbursed in the same form of your initial payment. A Return Authorization is necessary. All sale items and special orders are final sale.

Receiving Your Order:

Please follow these guidelines upon receiving your order.
Open with scissors or knife very carefully. Remove your art slowly and carefully. Inspect art carefully as to its contents and condition. Please do not throw away any of the packing materials until you are completely satisfied with the artwork. In the event your package arrives damaged, all packing materials must be retained until the problem has been resolved . All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to Art Leaders Gallery within two business days of receipt of art.

Orders Paid by Credit Card:

Orders Paid by Credit Card: Orders may be charged directly to your credit card. We reserve the right to verify the card-holder's address on first-time orders. Please be sure to give us the correct billing address of your credit card.

Orders Paid by Check:

Remington/'s Fine Art Gallery will process your check and reserves the right to hold orders pending bank and check clearance.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping, handling, insurance and delivery per purchase are determined by the specific item you order. Items shipped within the US that can be flat or tube packed average $30.00. Framed pieces and Sculptures range from $40.00 to $200.00 depending on weight and crate requirements.

Delivery Schedule: We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days.

Back Orders If your item(s) is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
